Business Operations and Management

  • Helped to start and manage a multi-dimensional company with three separate divisions: East Coast Consulting – offering professional writing and business consulting; East Coast Computing – offering website design and marketing as well as computer sales and service; and East Coast Seafood t/a The Crab Place – offering Internet seafood sales.
  • Oversee the East Coast Consulting division including managing and directing a team of ten writers, writing assistants, financial analysts, and marketing consultants working with business and economic development projects.
